Nature walk Part two

Having walked across the road back into Riverside C.P.I headed towards Motley Hill Salt Marshes. This must be about a mile from the entrance but half of it is on the shore which is hard going and to make it worse it was just after high water. Taking some shots of ships on the river and some of the headland as the gull were far inland.

Moored tanker
This was moored by the Power station

On way to where ever
This was on it's way down river

Old barge afloat
This is the first time I have seen this afloat , seeing the holes in it you wouldn't think so.

As well as ships there was also some plant on the side of the bank.

apple
These are the size of a cherry

Gull landing
I was just a bit early as I wanted to catch him landing.

Barge with fly passed
see the holes

Bird in the air
I managed to get a couple like this and it is hard work as if they are not the right distance the focus goes.

That's it for now, I am a bit busy this week so it maybe a day or two before I do some more.

Have fun
