A great day out Part two

Before I start, yesterday's Moon and Jupiter picture were take by me using my camera with a 400mm lens. I was ask where I got the pictures this morning.

This is the afternoon bit.
As Mike has said we ventured up to Nore Marsh and had a quiet time with loads of birds around us.
I don't have a lot to say as it was said yesterday, so here are the pictures.

No Idea what these are

Curlew's maybe

I don't know
I don't know what bird this is but he has a large wingspan.

The last one is what I think is the best of the lot
A Baby Great Black backed Gull
I could go on but that is all I am going to do this time.
Thanks for looking

  4. Well done Trev, that lens certainly does the business.

I'm sure that that" dont know" is a Curlew, but I am not the best person to ask.

A Great set all round, good images.

  5. Thanks all,
I am not saying it is't a Curlew I am not sure. I did hear one behind us at least once.

The Egret is a funny looking bird in flight but on the ground graceful, and a terrific wingspan.

I wish I could find out what that big black with the white tummy (on the wing) was! I think it might be an Oyster catcher.

    Have a fun weekend.
