Where was the sun

Yup, no sun today just cloud. At least the wind had dropped and it was warmer that yesterday.

I thought I would try my luck at Bloors again and it was well worth it as there was a load of Teals close in. On top of this were a few Oyster Catchers. First this year was a Great Black Backed Gull (try saying that quickly). Later I got the bins out and  right out on the edge of the deep water were a lot of Avocet feeding. I still only saw a few Godwit and a few Shelducks. There were a lot of what I think were Red Shanks but they were so far out they were hard to make out even in the bins.

Teals close in

Not too far out

The best shot I think of this Oyster Catcher

Teal on the wing

That will do for today, Fingers x I hope to get out again tomorrow

Thanks for looking
