After the storm

Over night we had a storm that seemed to be right over the top of me. It also sounded like our monsoon season had started, all this from around 0100. The storm kept me a wake or woke me up many times in the night.

When I did get up I had a look round the garden, what a beautiful sight. All of the roses were glistening with water droplets and the pound had been filled up a bit. It is still only 20c outside but it feels nice and fresh after the last few days.

The other night there was a full moon that I could not resist;


 I think this was the best shot that I took

This one was damaged by the rain so I brought it in to keep it alive

    Thanks Eileen

    I'm trying get Mike to walk up Prince Charles. He tried it Christmas day and had to stop three or four times.. (:-)
