Lightly fry onion garlic, 1/2 pepper, Chilli to taste, and any other veg that takes your fancy.
I veg cube (OXO) in 1/2 pt water pure this over the veg and cook for 15 minutes.
Place in a oven proof dish. Layer the top with Turkey breast. Cover with cheese.
When ready pre heat an oven to 190 C and cook for 30 minutes.
