Not a good day to venture out. update

Well, I won't say good morning as it is not. there is a lot of drizzle and the wind has increased. There is rain on the windows which adds to the reflection on the window. Not a good start to the day.

It is now 10:00 and I see that I have at least one Goldfinch on the feeder. I came and got the camera and found that there were two. That is one Goldfinch but I can't see a red head on the other bird. I managed a few picture and had to put up with the reflection on the window. It is something to look out at. I am hoping for more if it stops raining later one.

Because of the light all these picture were take at 1600 ISO and on 500 at F5.6. this has caused noise on the images. some have been over processed.

For a start this is what I was looking through to take the pictures

window
Window covered in rain

Goldfinch
See the trouble with the noise on the picture

Not sure if it is young or a female
The one that you can see  does not have a red head is it a female or a young bird?
What a day, I will be glad when it is over.

Lets hope for better weather for tomorrow.
Stay dry and stay happy

Up date
This morning when I go up the Goldfinch were back and with now rain on the window and brighter day I was able to get some better pictures. The reflection still puts the focus out but they are better.

Nothing to say but I hope you can see them better.
